    1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
    Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Refund requests are accepted within 30 days. For products received more than 30 days ago, the customer's refund request cannot be processed.

    2. How Long Do I Have Before Making a Return, and Do I Have to Pay for Shipping?
    You have up to 30 days to return your order. Return requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.
    For any order, if you choose to reject signing for the package/order, no fees will be charged. Apart from product repairs or if the received product was damaged, if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will need to pay for the return shipping! (The return shipping fee is charged by the logistics company. You can choose any logistics company as the return channel, and this store does not charge any additional return handling fee.)

    3. How Do I Make a Return?
    Contact us directly to arrange a return refund! We will provide you with the return address and contact information.

    4. Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
    The returned merchandise must be the merchandise sold in our store. If it is not sold in our store or if it is a counterfeit product, no return or refund will be made.

    5. Returns Request:

    • Items must include the original packaging (please ship all products included in the package).
    • For non-quality related return claims, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
    • For quality-related return claims, PentaLink Ltd. refunds the cost of the product itself.
    • Returns and refunds may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

    6. Important Notice:
    Please do not send your return to the sender's address listed on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide, even if you are using your own shipping service.
    Please ensure that you do not accidentally include items that are not from PentaLink Ltd. in your return package. We will not be responsible for returning those items to you.
